David was responsible for designing and coordinating structural, architectural, and landscape features in this 3-story building from the schematic design phase to the end of the construction administration phase under the leadership of LPA Structural and Higher Education teams.

The structure consists of a 2-story volume atrium in the center of the building, an outdoor roof deck terrace, and an outdoor courtyard that is tucked under the building.
